RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling and review customers' direct and indirect MRO purchase enquiries.
- Actively involve in sourcing, analysing costs, prepare sales quotations, follow up on sales enquiries.
- Understand the requirement of customers, negotiate the best commercial and technical package, improve pricing and terms.
- Ensure sales quotes needed is submitted on timely manner, take initiatives to follow up closely, clarify requirements for purchase orders and contracts.
- Process sales order.
- Close communication with customers, develope long term relationship.
- Prepare and/or update database and activity reports on weekly basis or as and when required by superior or management.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional Certificate / Diploma
- Minimum 1-2 years related experience
- Fluent in communication, both oral and written
- Proficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Customer-driven, service-oriented, Proactive, self-motivated and a good team player
- Discipline, ability to work and perform under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Willing to learn and must possess a CAN-DO attitude
- Sound judgement and good business sense
- Remuneration package, commensurate with qualification & experience.
