Sales Support (Customer Service)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling and review customers' direct and indirect MRO purchase enquiries.
  • Actively involve in sourcing, analysing costs, prepare sales quotations, follow up on sales enquiries.
  • Understand the requirement of customers, negotiate the best commercial and technical package, improve pricing and terms.
  • Ensure sales quotes needed is submitted on timely manner, take initiatives to follow up closely, clarify requirements for purchase orders and contracts.
  • Process sales order.
  • Close communication with customers, develope long term relationship.
  • Prepare and/or update database and activity reports on weekly basis or as and when required by superior or management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Professional Certificate / Diploma
  • Minimum 1-2 years related experience
  • Fluent in communication, both oral and written
  • Proficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Customer-driven, service-oriented, Proactive, self-motivated and a good team player
  • Discipline, ability to work and perform under pressure in a fast pace environment
  • Willing to learn and must possess a CAN-DO attitude
  • Sound judgement and good business sense
  • Remuneration package, commensurate with qualification & experience.
