Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
· Provides full spectrum of administrative support function.
· Interfacing and liaising with customer, factory production and internal departments for all administrative matters.
· Filing and copying of internal and external correspondences.
· Posting of cheques and involving in mails sorting task.
· Updating of new and existing customer profiles.
· Periodically provides administrative support to Finance/Account department for payment matters.
· Handle and respond timely to customer enquiries and feedback.
· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least an equivalent level to a Diploma/Certificate/Advanced/Higher/Graduate in any discipline.
· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Independent and willingness to learn.
· Good communication skillsets and pleasant personality.
