Project Sales Associate

Job Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Sales Associate to join our team. This position requires engaging with interior designers, architects, contractors, and builders to promote our company's services and Vinyl products. The primary responsibility will be to schedule appointments for the sales manager to meet with potential clients (B2C & B2B) and seize opportunities for business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of construction and design principles, and a passion for sales and customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with interior designers, architects, contractors, and builders to introduce and promote our company's services and Vinyl products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales manager to meet with potential clients, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly to maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to showcase the features and benefits of our services and products, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Attend regular meetings with the sales manager and provide updates on ongoing activities and potential leads.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales manager to meet with clients and present our products & services in person.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding our customer base.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for clients and fostering long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction building materials industry.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Sound understanding of construction principles and terminology, with the ability to communicate technical information to clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must have a laptop and be able to travel to the office every day


Work Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) & 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Saturday)
