Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee the daily construction activities on site to meet project progress and quality goals
- Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with specification, safety and environment regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, RE/RTO and in-house technical team to resolve contract disputes and technical issues
- Foresee the construction difficulties, safety risk and other technical issues
- Attend subcontractors and client progress meeting
- Assist Project Manager to monitor and update project progress report
- Manage and plan site’s materials and equipment delivery and storage so as to ensure proper and economical use
- Any other matters deployed by Project Manager and Site Manager
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of local building projects management experiences
- With Condominium Projects experience is preferred
- Degree qualification recognized by PEB is preferred
