Job Description
Preferred Experience in Construction or Shaft with Pipe Jacking, Open Cut Trenching for Water Pipes and Sewer Pipes.
1. Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.
2. Planning and coordinating trenchless method pipe laying and open–cut works.
3. Participate in pre-project activities such as estimation of project efforts, preparation of high-level project plan with project timeline and resource requirements, and staffing and organisation of project team.
4. Plan, coordinate and communicate project plan, timeline and activities to the project team. Liaise with all agencies and authorities to facilitate work progress such as LTA, PSM, SLA, HDB, SPPG, SP Group and N parks and all the telecommunication authorities
5. Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of the project.
6. Assist with Project Manager for Manage and coordinate project deliverables, ensuring their quality and configuration management.
7. Assist with Project Manager to maintain project issue register to keep close match of the project issues till their resolution.
8. Assist with Project Manager for Manage performance of the project team, guide the project team in resolving issues, and resolve conflicts within the project team.
9. Assist with Project Manager for Manage customer’s expectation by understanding customers’ needs and providing realistic expectations and scope of the projects.
10. Work closely with 3rd-parties involved in projects.
11. Verify the As-built drawings & claim documents
12. All other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experiences.
Minimum Qualification Level - Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or equvalent
Monthly Salary Range (SGD) - $3,500 - $5,000
