Proactively provide after sales support and attend to customers queries / complains when necessary to maintain long term relationship and to ensure repeated business from existing customers.
Build long term relationships with new and existing customers by maintaining good rapport and ensure customer satisfaction.
At least 1-2 years relevant experiences in wellness industry.
