Who We Are Looking For?

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be accountable for the overall management of a store, ensuring day to day activities are effectively carried out to deliver the store KPIs.


What Awaits You?

  • Responsible for achieving optimum sales for the store, maximizing sales potential and minimizing the necessary expenses.
  • Ensure the store has adhered to the Group’s branding standards.
  • Responsible in ensuring the required products/inventories are well maintained and managed in the store.
  • Responsible in motivating and coaching team members, identifying learning opportunities and concocting team members’ development plans.
  • Responsible in handling customers’ feedback.
  • Responsible in compiling the daily and weekly sales reports as and when required.
  • Ensure and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

We are excited if you have:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in supervisory role
  • Passion in retail industry
  • Excellent leadership qualities, good organisational and people management skills, with high level of drive and integrity
  • Good written & communication skill
  • Positive mindset
