We are looking for an enthusiastic, career driven Inside Sales Executive to help drive EU Automation’s rapid growth within the APAC Region. In this B2B role you will be responsible for a sales area to proactively develop and grow by generating new enquiries, negotiating prices, sourcing and using selling techniques to close deals, whilst ensuring customer retention.

Please note, you may also know this role as Business Development Manager, Business Development Executive, Account Manager, Account Executive, Sales Executive.

Requirements of a Sales Executive:

  • Have exceptional communication skills in all forms.
  • Required to speak English and Bahasa Melayu to communicate with customers in Malaysia markets.
  • Proven experience in sales - ideally in B2B in any industry!
  • Hungry to earn and learn.
  • Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude with a winning mentality
  • Strive to work together to achieve our vision.
  • Treat people with respect and be able to adapt to change.
  • IT literate and some experience of using a CRM desirable.

Responsibilities of a Sales Executive include:

  • Hitting the phone, calling new and dormant customers to create new enquiries to start growing your account base.
  • Establish a portfolio of repeat customers that matches our service offering.
  • Qualification of web enquiries in a timely manner to exceed customer expectations.
  • Confidently building long lasting relationships with key decision makers to ensure EU Automation is part of their preferred supply chain.
  • Using your initiative, commercial experience and awesome selling techniques to gain the best result for EU Automation. This will include negotiating payment tanrms, supplier choices and competitive pricing strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
