TRAINER FOR BRANDS & OEM – Skincare Industry
The position is for Global Vantage Innovative Group, a prestige beauty powerhouse that markets and distributes its own proprietary brands (BelleWave™, essencious by BelleWave™, SkinMTX™, and Specifix™ Professional globally) and provides OEM service for clients worldwide.
Job Description:
· Create training materials and resources, conduct training and presentations to educate sales teams, distributors, clients and other stakeholders about skincare products.
· Demonstrate the proper use and application of skincare products, showcasing their effectiveness and unique features.
· Act as a bridge between the sales teams, marketing team and product development, providing feedback on customer responses, concerns, and suggestions for product improvement.
· Provide ongoing support to sales teams by addressing product-related queries, troubleshooting, and offering guidance on effective selling techniques.
· Gather feedback from sales teams and customers about products to identify areas for improvement.
· Stay informed about regulations and guidelines governing skincare practices in different regions.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product launches.
· Travel to Distributors for training.
Requirement:
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in training or education
· Formal skincare treatment professional certification (CIDESCO, CIBTAC) will be an added advantage
· Strong communication skills and confident to conduct training independently
· Possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey skincare concepts and techniques to clients and trainees
· Have strong customer service skills
· Proactive in problem-solving and taking initiative to improve business
