Responsibilities:
Reporting & assisting the Project Manager for the responsibilities as listed below :-
Responsibility for working with project team members and maintaining complete and accurate record for multiple jobs
Performing clerical suppport functions for project (varies based upon the need) Responsibility for assisting project manager in following up with subcontractor and material supplier compliance issues
Assist project manager to understand the specific needs
Assist in tracking submittals and RFT's, meeting minutes, ensure proper documents and others needs as required
Requirements:
Possess knowledge of interior fit-out and project management
Minimum 2 years experience
Able to read blueprints, interior fit-out drawings and floor plans
Competent in software skills such as Ms Office and AutoCAD
