Main Responsibilities:
- Technical expertise and study
- The planning and drafting of documentation should be clear, succinct, and straightforward.

Skills Required:
- Outstanding credentials both academically and professionally
- A competent attorney having a track record of handling shipping and commodities disputes, as well as exposure to and interest in the marine and international trade industries
- Three to eight years of PQE, or comparable related experience, is ideal.
- A qualification in English law is ideal. Common law qualifications such as Singapore law are accepted.
- Capacity to obtain, synthesise, and utilise current and foundational legal knowledge
- Outstanding thoroughness, precision, and focus on detail
- Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking
- Business level Mandarin proficiency will be highly valued, but it won't exclude an otherwise excellent applicant from consideration.
- Good housekeeping and file organisation techniques; timely and accurate time management and recording
- Thorough grasp of the company's place in the industry and how it sets itself apart from its rivals
- Dependable, capable of meeting deadlines, and able to set reasonable priorities
- Able to withstand pressure and setbacks
- Self-starter who can function both individually and in a small team
- Cooperative and collaborative in nature, with the capacity to forge outstanding working connections across all functions and levels
- Able to always behave pro-actively and professionally
