Actually Pte Ltd and Actually Trading Pte Ltd established in 2005 and 2008, Due to expansion, we are looking for Accounts Executive to report to Finance Manager to manage our company's accounting.
Job Description :
- Manage full set of accounting for 2 Singapore companies (AP/ AR/ GL/ Bank reconciliation/ GST / Financial report P & L , Balance sheet)
- Preparation of tax computation and submission to IRAS (GST, ECI, Form C)
- Responsible for month end & year end closing of account
- Perform reconciliation of bank, debtors & creditors in monthly basis
- Reports to finance manager in timely basis
- Liaise with auditor / tax agent during year-end financial audit
- Oversee and supervise accounts for Malaysia and Indonesia company (Liase with accountants in both countries)
- Able to fulfill group reporting requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
- Perform accounts and finance analysis
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior/management
- Able to work independently
Requirements :
- 2 years of accounting experience
- Familiar with Xero accounting software
- Friendly attitude and effective communicator
- Attention to details
- Love accounting !
