Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT requirements and develop tailored ITaaS solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain ITaaS solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Manage and troubleshoot cloud-based infrastructure, including virtualization, storage, and networking components.
- Provide technical support for clients, addressing and resolving IT issues promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor and optimize ITaaS systems to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate IT solutions seamlessly.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 Year Experience as an IT Engineer or in similar role
- Solid understanding of virtualization, networking, and storage technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
