- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training and development needs
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and seminars
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Support talent management initiatives, including performance appraisal and succession planning
- Assist in the recruitment process by recommending candidates and preparing salary proposals
- Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in HR and L&D
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and L&D roles
- Strong knowledge of training and development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Those with experience in industrial, logistic and manufacturing industries will be added advantage
