They're looking for a Senior Cloud Solution Architet to join their growing Singapore team.
Job Description
- Aid the Account Manager in reaching sales goals. This includes identifying potential clients' needs, discussing products and solutions, offering project quotes, and handling technical aspects of bids for major projects.
- Offer technical assistance for AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) projects, covering all stages from cloud consultancy to migration and validation.
- Deliver technical support for pre-sales in outsourcing projects. Oversee the operations and maintenance of client projects, which encompasses centralized monitoring, managing product operations, handling cloud events, and overseeing capacity and budget.
- Work closely with the product development team and external vendors to quickly determine the cause of issues, swiftly provide solutions, and ensure problems are resolved within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Generate cloud business case studies, devise technical solutions, and conduct competitive market analyses.
Job Requirement:
- Strong understanding of multi-cloud environments and cloud computing technologies from major providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Previous pre-sales experience, with an ability to grasp client needs and propose relevant solutions. Knowledgeable in pre-sales strategies and able to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients.
- Familiarity with multi-cloud architecture principles and best practices, capable of guiding clients in developing solutions that fulfill their business requirements.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various industries and business sectors, with the ability to deeply engage with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored multi-cloud solutions.
- Ability to perform technical presentations, highlighting the benefits and features of multi-cloud solutions, answering technical questions, and providing training.
- Strong teamwork abilities, with experience working alongside sales, technical, and other relevant departments to offer full support and services to clients.
