Position Overview:
As a Business Analytics intern, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, cleaning, standardizing, and documenting various operational processes to improve the efficiency of existing operational processes. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process optimization and efficiency improvement, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Analysis & Mapping:
· Conduct thorough analysis and mapping of existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and understand process pain points.
2. Documentation:
· Create detailed documentation of current operational processes, including workflows, key stakeholders, and data sources.
· Develop process maps and flowcharts to visually represent complex procedures.
3. Process Standardization:
· Clean and standardize procedures related to operational processes.
· Ensure accuracy and consistency in processes to facilitate effective analysis and decision-making.
4. Efficiency Improvement:
· Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs & time, and streamline operations.
· Work closely with team members to implement and monitor changes, providing regular progress updates.
5. Collaboration:
· Collaborate with various departments to understand their unique operational requirements and challenges.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting open communication and feedback.
Qualification:
· Undergraduate with a degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
· English proficiency
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
