Job Description
- Perform month-end closing activities and handle full set of accounts
- Manage full spectrum of accounts payable & account receivables
- Handle intercompany billings and reconciliation
- Assist in corporate tax preparation & submission
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements & any other statutory reports
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary, and other professional services provider
- Assist in stock count, inventory control, and maintain fixed asset register
- Prepare audit schedules and assist in management schedules and reports
- Perform periodic bank reconciliation and supplier reconciliation
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related working experience, preferably in Construction or Manufacturing industry
- Fast learner with strong sense of initiative, positive attitude and being a good team player
- Able to work independently, organized, meticulous with good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Manage tight deadlines and meet job objectives timely
- Proficient in MS Excel and prior experience with accounting software or ERP system
