Job Specifications:
- Measurements and estimation of cost for Tenders and Quotations
- Prepare for Tender submission and Tender Interviews
- Request for quotation from sub-contractors
- Prepare progress claims, payment certificate, VO
- Prepare Organisation chart, high level project schedule during tender stage
- Catalogue submission and follow up for shop drawings, catalogue and MOS & RA submission status
- Prepare OMM submission
- Carry out miscellaneous tasks required for ISO Quality Management System
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, M&E Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 1 year experience as QS
- Able to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision
- Working hours: 0830 - 1800 (Mon - Fri)
