Accounts and Admin Executive

Assist in all accounting matters

  1. Processing and recording transactions invoice and payment vouchers to customers and suppliers
  2. Answer and direct company phone calls and attend to the Goods Receivable
  3. Issue quotation, tax invoice, Purchase Orders
  4. Preparing reports, filing, and other duties, as needed
  5. Track and manage petty cash transactions
  6. Proficiency with computers and software, such as MS Office
  7. Will to learn Saga UBS Accounting software

Assist in all Involved in HR duties

  • Responsible for all payroll functions in the organization
  • To send workers for medical examination for work permit application and renewal
  • Process work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and security bond purchase
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and ensure accuracy of candidate records
  • To assist in the consolidation of employment documentation (e.g., contract, appraisals, letters, onboarding and offboarding documents)
