Join our team as a Villa Host, where you'll immerse yourself in the art of hospitality. We are looking for an individual who are tactful, diplomatic, discreet and has the heart to serve.
Responsibilities:
- Meet guest when they arrive and getting them settled in the suite/villa
- Have an understanding and anticipate guests’ needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes etc
- Communicate with room attendant and work together with them to ensure rooms are cleaned at the most convenient time for guests
- Perform night turndown with room attendant and ensure guests’ rooms are clean and tidy when necessary
- Recommend and arrange amenities for guests
- Coordinate different services within the resort for the guests, i.e. food order, transportation etc
- Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism and possess a pleasant demeanor
- Embrace safety and hygiene
- Propose and organize activities for guests for special occasions
- Keep up to date on all hotel policies
Requirements and Skills
- Relevant experience or similar role in the hospitality industry for at least 2 years
- Leadership skills
- Good communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Strong multi tasking skills
- Good organization skills
- Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
- Knowledge of food and beverage will be an advantage
