Digital Translator - West
As a Digital Translator, you will be responsible for the development of the technology roadmap and maintenance of its ecosystem in innovation and technology partners. You will develop the structure for monitoring performances of various factory processes, identify pain points or bottlenecks to be resolved, and leverage a data-driven approach to drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate should come from an industrial manufacturing background, highly familiar with the manufacturing process. This position will be situated in an innovative smart factory.
Expectations:
- Support the planning and implementation of the technology roadmap in collaboration with the various stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain the use cases and technology catalogue.
- Design, develop, and maintain the ecosystem of technology and innovation partners in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Define methodology and detailed work processes to continually measure performance and ROI.
- Engagement with the stakeholders in the manufacturing group to gather data and develop insights on pain points.
- Perform data analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and system impediments.
- Leverage data analysis to facilitate brainstorming workshops and develop practical and sustainable solutions.
- Provide project management support with operational teams to implement solutions.
- Monitor performance improvement post-deployment and ensure smooth handover to the production team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant disciplines.
- 3-5 years (Junior), 5-10 years (Senior) of experience in business process re-engineering, consulting, process innovation, system consulting.
- Technical knowledge in process innovation projects, IT/OT system development projects.
- Manufacturing industry background.
- Technical skills in data analytics implementation.
