Responsibilities
- Incumbent to be involved in all stages of projects including but not limited to concept, schematic design, detail design, documentation to constructions.
- To participate in production, service, installation, FAT, SAT, HAT, Field construction, Plant commissioning, Sea Trials, and Inspection of supplied products.
- Must be able to perform technical evaluation of installation control and design interface documents of equipment to ensure successful implementation of designs.
- Supervises Technician in the production, service, repair, installation, and commissioning work.
- Incumbent must be able to plan, direct and execute Project Activities.
- To handle overall planning & implementation of projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Must be able to prepare and endorse the service reports and relevant documents.
- Ability to maintain good project documentation and is familiar with ISO documentation requirements such as Job Safety Analysis, Work Method Statement and Permit to Work Application requirements and procedures.
- Supervises and control site activities to ensure shipyard contractors perform and complete projects in a safe and timely manner that is within approved budget without compromising quality.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Marine Engineering with Electrical or Electronic knowledge
- At least 3 years of experience in marine projects
- Familiarity with Electrical design software, such as Autocad
