Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in daily administrative works
Handling Phone calls for customers processes
Attend each call with care and provide quality response
Understand / Identify customers' requirements
Taking Message and handling of e-mails
Handling customer's feedbacks and complaints
Regular follow-up with customers' complaints, feedbacks, disputes and dispositions from technician team to ensure client satisfaction
Filing and Data Entry
Able to multi-task and work in a fast pace and high pressure environment
Minimum GCE 'N' Level
Possess good communication skills and positive attitude
Computer literate knowledge in Microsoft applications a must and have a basic accounting knowledge
English & Chinese speaking (liaise with Chinese speaking customer / sub-contractors)
Training will be provided
Able to commit to 5.5 days work week in AMK Area
Able start work immediately
