Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute sales efforts and secure sales in electric chain hoists, industrial radio remote controllers, load cells and load limiters, and other items as assigned.
- Daily monitoring and follow-up with the office (Service Section) on matters relating to service maintenance agreements, repair chargeable accounts, as well as interaction and conversation with technicians on their daily service activities, customer survey, and receipt of comments and complaints from customers, if applicable.
- Handle all ad hoc customer quotes for one-time servicing, visual inspection, or load testing.
- Ensure that all quotations for visual inspection/load testing expiry information are obtained from customers and entered into the Service system for follow-up the following year.
- Attending regular meetings and producing weekly and monthly customer visits/feedback reports are required.
- Maintain good customer relationship management.
Requirements
- The candidate must have a NiTEC (electrical/mechanical preferable).
- A minimum of two year' experience in outdoor sales or spare parts sales in any industtry.
- Willing to work 5.5 Days in Tuas
- Self-motivated sales and results-oriented mindset.
- Have a class 3 licence and your own vehicle.
- Candidates with a strong electrical/mechanical background but no sales experience are encouraged to apply.
