My client is a established retail company. With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for a new Senior IT Manager / Head of IT to manage their IT team.
About the job
Your role involves:
- Overseeing our organization's technology SAP ERP, POS, Infrastructure managing our IT department, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT operations.
- Providing IT strategic planning and direction for the IT roadmap. This includes driving IT digitalization initiatives, identifying suitable technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation.
- Serving as the key business contact representing IT in designing IT strategy/digitalization to improve business outcomes
- Leading IT project implementation, milestone planning, risk management and etc
- Planning and managing IT budget (Capex and Opex)
- Reviewing and maintaining IT polices
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure (Servers and networks) and application (POS, ERP / SAP). Proven track record in IT strategy is required for this role. At least 3 years of experience in is required for this role. You would have at least 5 years of experience managing a team.
Candidates with exposure to SAP ERP will be of added advantage and not a key requirement.
