Location: Macpherson
Duration: 7 months contract
Working hours: 830am to 6pm (M-F)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback from various channels.
- Identify patterns, trends, and issues in the feedback data, and provide actionable insights to the development team to enhance the app’s UX
- Work closely with the development, design, and product teams to prioritize and address customer feedback effectively.
- Lead the daily “Customer Insight” sessions, proactively raising incident tickets and reporting bugs to the technical team.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track customer feedback and App improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient resolution of issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer feedback analysis and reporting processes.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel and Adobe Analytic
