Job description:
- You will be responsible to manage regional marketing and medical related events and activities in line with regional requirements and SOPs.
- Manage marketing and medical related events, which includes planning, budgeting, execution (e.g. registration, logistics set-up, contracts, travel, accommodation, meals, meeting material) in line with set budgets, processes and policies.
- Conduct research for event venues, requests proposals from service providers (including provision of required logistics and material) and negotiates rates. Follow-ups with all functions to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Provide administrative support and follow-up (e.g. raise PR/PO in accounting system, management of contracts including filing in the repository, inter-company charge instructions to Finance and oversight of spend across different countries and events).
- Monitor event budgets closely, track expenses, and reconcile financial records to ensure events are delivered within budgetary constraints.
Requirements:
- Educational requirements: Diploma
- Preferably 5 years of administrative experience, preferably with experience administering events in the life science industry
- Command in English and writing skill
