Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance.
- On Boarding/off-boarding of workers, including arrange medical check-up, CSOC, levy bond and etc
- Purchasing of air tickets when repatriating foreign workers
- Calculations of workers’ overtime.
- Update and keep record of workers’ leave , medical leave ,home leave
- Worker’s training – include Core Trade Renewal / New Courses and others safety related courses
- Manage Worker’s Dormitory, arrange accommodation for foreign workers.
- Update Dormitory record and the movement of foreign workers list for various project sites
- Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters.
- Assist in training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
- Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
- Assist with day-to-day operations in the department.
Job Requirements:
Possess min O level. A Level or a Diploma or in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies
Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and HR practices
Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Working experience on worker management will be an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Ability to multi-task, work independently.
Ability to work 5.5 days with alternate saturday off @ sites office in Boon Lay /West area
Able to start immediately or within a short notice.
