Main Duties:
- Manage general operations of F&B outlet according to company policies
- Ensure consistently high standards of hygiene and cleanliness and food safety
- Welcoming and serving guests
- Maintain and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle complains with care
- Handle any disciplinary issue
- Responsible for staff progression and annual review
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Possess strong leadership
- Willing to work on shift and weekends
- Minimum 2 years F&B operations experience
