Job Descriptions:
- Study drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements.
- Plan & prepare work sequences & schedules to meet project requirements.
- Plan & prepare method statements for safe execution of works.
- Plan & mobilize resources to execute the works.
- Liaise with, & attend meetings with clients, contractors & consultants.
- Monitor & ensure that the quality of works meets stipulated standards & specifications.
- Monitor progress of works & plan resources accordingly to meet project schedules.
- Monitor & control costs & budgets.
- Supervise site supervisors & formen & solve problems during the course of works.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engrg / Building certified or equivalent and recognised by the PE Board of S'pore
- with min. 5 yrs working experience, with 3 yrs in structural steelworks fabrication erection.
- Computer literate & proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel & Project Management softwares; and have working knowledge of Autocad.
- Able to interpret & understand technical (architectural & structural) drawings.
- Possess a positive working attitude, confident & able to work independently.
