Service Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Provide technical support, troubleshooting and repair of car park equipment.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic boards, CCTV, network issues.
3. Perform preventive maintenance, replacement of parts at car park sites.
4. Termination of different types of electrical, communication cables.
5. Install, test and commission car park systems.
6. Documentation of service, maintenance and testing records.
7. Provide end-user training.
8. Any other tasks as assigned by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. ITE / Diploma / Degree in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
2. Class 3 driving license.
3. Background in car park system, CCTV, alarm system, access control system is a plus.
4. Minimum 3 years of working experience in networking, servicing and maintenance of car park systems.
5. Candidate with more years of experience will be considered for senior position.
6. Possess analytical, problem-solving with strong end to end troubleshooting skills and good inter-personal communication.
7. Good planning and time management skills to achieve job efficiency.
8. Mature, pro-active working attitude and team player.
9. Able to work independently with minimal supervision at different locations.
10. Able to work two rotating shifts and weekends.
