JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting and repair of car park equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic boards, CCTV, network issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance, replacement of parts at car park sites.
- Termination of different types of electrical, communication cables.
- Install, test and commission car park systems.
- Documentation of service, maintenance and testing records.
- Provide end-user training.
- Any other tasks as assigned by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- ITE / Diploma / Degree in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
- Class 3 driving license.
- Background in car park system, CCTV, alarm system, access control system is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in networking, servicing and maintenance of car park systems.
- Candidate with more years of experience will be considered for senior position.
- Possess analytical, problem-solving with strong end to end troubleshooting skills and good inter-personal communication.
- Good planning and time management skills to achieve job efficiency.
- Mature, pro-active working attitude and team player.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision at different locations.
- Able to work two rotating shifts and weekends.
