Wedding and Events Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for receiving and assigning all events and weddings enquiries to sales planners in a timely manner.
  • Offer solutions and options to clients for their event requirements.
  • Revenue management based on period, inventory and resources.
  • Ensure proper and timely reporting and tracking of enquiry status.
  • Analyse all enquiries, identifying trends and patterns for management review.
  • Ensure that the sales is being followed and in compliance with company sales policies.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates possess at least Diploma in Business Management, Event Management or related field;
  • Candidates possess minimum 2 years of relevant working experience;
  • Well converse in telecommunication and customer service oriented;
  • Meticulous, detailed and strong interpersonal skills and possess a hands-on and positive working attitude;
  • Good analytical skills with a high proficiency in MS Excel & Word;
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask and to thrive in a fast pace environment;
  • A team player with initiative and who is able to work independently;
  • Bilingual In English & Mandarin will be a great advantage (to liaise with associates);
  • Available to start within short notice preferred.
