Based in Singapore, Lumens Group is a family of brands offering an ecosystem of services around cars. Our story began as a private hire car leasing company to address the needs of the new sharing economy led by Uber and Grab. Our core business has been leasing to ride hailing drivers and we grew our car fleet to one of the largest in Singapore in under 8 years. During this time, we have expanded our services to personal & corporate vehicle leasing, vehicle purchasing and financing.
Lumens is currently looking for a highly motivated Recruiter to support in the hiring of our growing business within the mobility industry! This position will be a critical member of our wider Talent Acquisition team. Alongside your line manager, you will develop and implement creative strategies to deliver against our hiring needs, making a direct impact on the growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various channels
- Screening of applicants, interviewing (via phone, video, and in-person), conducting diligence, and organising candidate evaluations
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates by direct sourcing, proactive market research, and ongoing relationship management
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Providing recruitment reports to line manager and business
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years full cycle recruiting experience within a recruiting agency/staffing firm or in-house for a company
- Strong interviewing capabilities: able to assess candidate suitability efficiently and quickly
- Ability to build relationships with both active and passive talents
- Strong, persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment, organise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, adapt quickly to changes and creatively problem solve
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Any prior experience within the mobility / transportation industry is a bonus
