Product & Account Assistant Manager

Overview:

He/She will be responsible for driving the success of our brand on the Shopee platform. This role involves strategic planning, day-to-day management, and collaboration with various teams to optimize our presence and sales performance on Shopee.

Platform Management:

  • Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
  • Ensure that product listings are well-optimized with compelling content, images, and correct pricing.


Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions on the Shopee platform to boost visibility and sales
  • Leverage Shopee's promotional tools, such as flash sales and vouchers, to maximize engagement.
  • Complete Shopee’s requirements on campaigns i.e. vouchers, pricing etc


Performance Analysis:

  • Utilize Shopee's analytics tools to track store performance, sales data, and customer behavior
  • Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.


Order Fulfillment and Logistics:

  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely delivery to customers.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.


Customer Service:

  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns on the Shopee platform promptly.
  • Work closely with customer service teams to enhance the overall shopping experience.


Stay Informed on Shopee Policies and Updates:

  • Keep abreast of Shopee's policies, updates, and best practices.
  • Implement changes and updates to stay compliant and take advantage of new features.


Job Requirements:

  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with high levels of integrity and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and analytical abilities.
  • Capability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, adept at thriving in fast-paced environments.
