Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and requirements
- Generate sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other channels
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure excellent aftersales services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Attend to customers’ enquiries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder in Logistics / Business or related field
- 4 years’ sales experience in freight business
- Self-motivated and possess drive to meet sales target
- Good working network among customers
- Good communication and negotiation skills
