Project Manager

We are actively seeking an accomplished Project Manager to join us. Sproud is a Singapore based media company that creates Learning Experience Design (LXD) content products and solutions. The successful candidate will lead projects focused on creating innovative educational content with a distinct emphasis on achieving defined learning outcomes. The role involves overseeing a spectrum of mediums, including live shoots, animation, and game development, all geared towards enriching and impactful educational experiences. You will oversee teams each specializing in their own verticals that will work together to see projects through with you.

Responsibilities:

1. Learning Outcome-Centric Project Management:Drive projects with a dedicated focus on achieving specific learning outcomes, ensuring alignment with educational objectives.
   Collaborate with instructional designers to translate educational goals into effective project plans.
2. Client Collaboration:Act as the primary liaison between the agency and clients, understanding their educational objectives and translating them into impactful content.
   Foster collaborative relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project-based learning goals.
3. Cross-functional Team Leadership:Lead cross-functional teams comprising instructional designers, creative professionals, animators, live production crews, and game developers.
   Ensure effective communication and collaboration to deliver projects that meet both educational and creative standards.
4. Quality Assurance in Educational Content:Implement robust quality control measures to ensure the delivery of educational content that aligns with learning objectives and industry standards.
   Conduct thorough reviews and evaluations to guarantee the effectiveness of learning experiences.
5. Innovative Project Solutions:Drive innovation in project solutions, exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance learning experiences.
   Collaborate with internal teams to implement cutting-edge approaches in animation, live shoots, and game development for educational purposes.
6. Resource Allocation and Budget Management:Efficiently allocate resources, including talent and technology, to meet project requirements.
   Manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining the highest quality standards in content creation.
7. Timeline Adherence:Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved within established deadlines.
   Address any delays promptly and communicate revised timelines to clients and internal teams, keeping a strong focus on meeting delivery schedules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Learning Design, Education, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, bonus if in developing educational content with measurable learning outcomes.
• Familiarity with various project management methodologies tailored to the context of LXD projects would be preferred
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate educational concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and creativity in the pursuit of developing creative, unconventional and engaging content that delivers an effective learning outcome
