You will be involved in general administrative support to the department, to ensure effective and efficient operation of the department.
You will manage SingHealth Academy’s education facilities and facilities reservation SharePoint portal . You will work with internal and external stakeholders, such as Operations and appointed publication distributors, for office maintenance or bi-weekly meetings. You will also ensure prompt payment and issuance of invoices and data compilation.
In addition, you will be responsible for providing logistic and administrative support to the training programmes and events organised by SingHealth Academy for staff across SingHealth. You will maintain the training programme database, training records, training directories and calendars, as well as provide on-site support for all events.
You are required to assist with publicity materials, where you will assist to create flyers or marketing collaterals. You will coordinate with SingHealth Academy to develop materials for marketing and branding for events.
Job Requirements:
· Diploma in any discipline or Higher NITEC / NITEC / GCE N / O / A Level with at least 8 years of relevant experience
· Proficient with MS Office applications and Adobe Photoshop
· Meticulous and well organised
· A good team player
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
