Our Client is a leading M&E Contractor that provides engineering & construction for Civil & Infrastructure projects. With increasing projects in the pipeline locally & overseas, they are seeking experienced and professional individuals to join their local team.
Responsibilities
• Prepare progress claims in a timely manner.
• Assist Manager in Contractual issues.
• Evaluate progress payment and VOs, and cost benefit analysis
• Perform variation order
• Source, evaluate and negotiate terms and conditions and contract clauses with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Quantity take off and cost estimation
Requirements
• Min Degree in Mechanical or Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• At least 3 years' experience in construction QS involving civil and infrastructure projects
• Understand AutoCAD and CAD measurement
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.

• Salary : up to S$5,000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
