Roles & Responsibilities
· Work pass applications matters and processing
· Training and certifications of site workers
· MYE/Prior approval control and monitoring
· On boarding & repatriation of foreign workers
· Welfare, issues of workers
· Leave, medical Leave, Home Leave etc
· Levy waiver applications
· Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act
· Able to work independently and with the team
· Procuring and issuing of PPE, uniforms to workers
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal
· Other tasks related to HR admin & generalist roles.
· Data entries and prepare SME payroll/Quick HR for workers level
Requirements:
- Singaporean/Malaysian /Work Permit Holder are welcome
- A team player who is mature, with good attitude and able to take stress
- Willing to learn and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bilingual in English and Chinese language and able to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
- Minimum “O” level
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Able to commence work immediately or short notice.
