Job Description

  1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process which include sourcing, attending and facilitating interviews for/with the hiring managers and the candidates, employment offer and negotiation of salary package.
  2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment/hiring administration including letter of appointment, E-Pfile setup, medical appointments arrangement and timely update of MRF tracking.
  3. Assist in Employer Branding activities including career fairs, outreach program/activities organized by institutions, government agencies, federations etc.
  4. Support on Job Postings on various portals of open positions
  5. Maintain supply of the new hire information packs
  6. Support ad-hoc task(s) and project(s) when assigned


Requirements

  • Nitec or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience in administration or Human Resources, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain industries
  • Mature and positive with good interpersonal skills
  • Good attention to details and administrations skills


Work Location:

2 Changi South Ave. 2 (Nearest MRT: EXPO)


Work Days/Hours:

Monday – Friday (8:30am to 6:00pm)
