Job Description
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process which include sourcing, attending and facilitating interviews for/with the hiring managers and the candidates, employment offer and negotiation of salary package.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment/hiring administration including letter of appointment, E-Pfile setup, medical appointments arrangement and timely update of MRF tracking.
- Assist in Employer Branding activities including career fairs, outreach program/activities organized by institutions, government agencies, federations etc.
- Support on Job Postings on various portals of open positions
- Maintain supply of the new hire information packs
- Support ad-hoc task(s) and project(s) when assigned
Requirements
- Nitec or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience in administration or Human Resources, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain industries
- Mature and positive with good interpersonal skills
- Good attention to details and administrations skills
Work Location:
2 Changi South Ave. 2 (Nearest MRT: EXPO)
Work Days/Hours:
Monday – Friday (8:30am to 6:00pm)
