Responsibilities:
- Able to provide support to end-users on-site/remotely on devices such as computers & mobile phones, office devices (printers, AV equipment), and other peripherals.
- Experience in hardware setup and troubleshooting such as computers and mobile phones.
- Basic understanding of the network structure but not limited to troubleshooting.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in Microsoft Windows & Google Workspace(Training Provided)
- Keep track of company assets and update IT documents as and when needed..
- Able to complete and assist with team tasks in a timely manner.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Be physically fit.
- Self-directed work style with the ability to prioritize work activities and communicate politely, clearly, and effectively in support of company staff on technical matters.
