OPERATION ADMIN

Snl Construction And Transport Services Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • To assign work tasks to various personnels within the Operation Department.
  • To handle complaints and feedback.
  • Communicate and coordinate on customers orders and various requirements.
  • Ensuring smooth delivery of cargoes to customers/site within schedule.
  • Required to handle import/export permits and various documents as required by the customer.
  • Application of required customs and LTA permits etc…
  • Other admin and billing functions.

Requirements

  • Min GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels
  • Min 1 year similar work experience
  • Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply, must be willing to learn
  • PC literate
  • Well organize & able to multi-task
  • Willing to work in West Area (Company transport from Joo Koon/Choa Chu Kang MRT)
