JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Give strategic advice and reporting results to Board Directors / Board Members in Headquarter-Japan
  • Keep all relevant stakeholders informed of Singapore Branch development
  • Create and report on business plans, monitoring its efficacy and progress to ensure inline with company’s objective
  • Achieve company growth projections and targets in a dynamic and competitive environment
  • Manage resources, including attracting, hiring and retention of personnel, ensure all move in same strategic direction to achieve mission
  • Research and implement new initiatives to drive revenue, lower operating costs while maintain quality services/ products that are competitive and delivery excellent customer support
  • Ensure all division manager work efficiently by developing marketing strategies with action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Generate revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending relevant project
  • Continuous monitoring of the annual budget and ensure that revenue/ sales target are met.
  • Promote the wellness of staff and implementing policies inline with labour legislation and health and safety guidelines to create a diverse and positive working environment.
  • Preparation of annual reports/ quarterly reports/ monthly reports and attending/presenting at board meetings.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A proven track records of successfully managing a company
  • Must be a strong leader with a pragmatic approach in getting the best out of your talent
  • Experience in the management different division of senior staff, employees and available resources
  • Understanding the intricacies of financial management and management
  • Manage operations and adapt processes within time and budgets
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong crisis management and conflict mediation skills
  • Build and nurture trust with teams, customers and external suppliers
  • Managing A Japan subsidiary company in Singapore, must bilingual in native Japanese & English to communicate with Japanese speaking clients and handle any business relation.
