Job Responsibilities:
- Works with the various stakeholders to prepare processes, create SOP, Work Instructions ( WI ) and get the required approvals. Train Operations team after WI approval
- Independently identify process gaps, make recommendations, and implement process improvement.
- Comprehensive understanding in Warehousing system.
- Able to lead small Project Teams.
- Able to do SIT, UAT as per customer requirements. Able to list out test cases and work with IT.
- Support Current Biz Solutions team as required.
- Train & build technical & process capabilities within department while providing technical expert support to other MM sites
- General awareness of Manufacturing Systems e.g. CAD, SAP, ERP etc
- General Awareness of the Lean Methodology & Principles
- Experience with write-ups on work procedure workflow & instructions for production process. Must be familiar with Visio.
- Experience with Data Collection and Statistical Analysis.
- Proven Project management skills
Job Requirements:
- Know the Industrial Engineering Basics- VSM, Process Mapping, Time Studies etc. Should be able to Apply Lean Principles and identify the Wastes.
- Should be able to have a good knowledge of using the MS Office Tools. Should be able to build layouts based on Auto CAD or have an Apt of learning new Software tools for Analysis, Simulation.
