Job Summary

Bacha Coffee is hiring an eCommerce Assistant Project Manager to manage operations of multiple brand websites; plan, project manage, and coordinate site launches, new site features and optimisations across all markets and management of content transcreation. This involves conducting research of current market behaviours, working with local markets; project scoping; planning and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Primary Relationships

The position reports to the eCommerce Manager.

Within the organisation, this position has primary working relationships with the eCommerce, Marketing, IT and Warehouse teams, as well as staff with similar positions within partner and franchise organisations.

Outside the organisation, the position coordinates primarily with website and online marketplace customers, delivery and courier companies, social media platforms and any other service providers (digital agencies, developers, translators, etc.).

Responsibilities

Website Operations

  • Conduct daily checks and ensure full functionality on all Bacha Coffee websites
  • Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues using issue tracking / project management software such as JIRA
  • Project manage all website issues and tracking with developer agency

Site Launches

  • Conduct research of current local market environment, behaviours, and requirements
  • Gather and manage requirements from local franchisees, and define site launch scope
  • Coordinating with internal teams and third parties or vendors (eg. transcreation and developer agencies) for execution of site launches
  • Track and monitor progress of site launches, ensuring that sites are launched on-time

Site Enhancements and Optimisations

  • Identify problems uncovered by customer feedback, and opportunities for improvement of online user experience
  • Project manage site enhancements and feature implementations, including coordinating, implementing and testing
  • Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites

Experimentations

  • Ideating potential tests that can be conducted on-site
  • Coordinate and implement A/B testing, monitoring and interpreting results.

Content Transcreation Management

  • Project management of transcreation of all Brand content, including and not limited to, website, menu, retail collaterals, ad-hoc seasonal websites, social media posts etc.
  • Maintenance of internal Content Hub
  • Ensure content is transcreated to highest quality and according to brand guidelines

Others

  • Documenting of weekly meetings, and providing the eCommerce Manager with project updates and progress
  • Maintain and update reports that informs all stakeholders of project status
  • Creating User Acceptance Test plans for new site launches, site functionalities etc.
  • Work closely with internal (IT and Marketing) and external (web agencies, developers) stakeholders to ensure website quality and efficiency
  • Manage CMS developers and ensure that projects are completed with high quality and on time
  • Ensure availability during non-office hours during peak sales periods to assist when required with mega campaign order processing and customer service

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Business or similar equivalent with 3-5 years’ experience
  • Strong communication skills with excellent command of English
  • Strong time and project management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to translate marketing needs into program execution to drive business performance.
  • Meticulous, adaptable, creative thinker who is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
  • Media and internet savvy
  • Results-driven and able to work under pressure
  • Understanding and hands-on experience in working with Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Proficient with issue and project management tools such as JIRA
  • Experience in managing multiple regional projects would be a plus
  • Experience working in the luxury industry would be a plus
