Our client is a MNC, specialising in comestic and hotel products. Due to business expansion, they are looking for Customer Care Specialist to join the company.
Customer Care Specialist
- Issuing Purchase Orders to the suppliers
- Issuing related invoices to the clients
- Take care of the full order cycle and issuing all the related documentattion through the company's ERP software
- Maintaining the communication with the supplier and the clients/distributors
- Handling communication and documentation with forwarders and suppliers
- Taking care of gathering forecasts from clients and prepare reports for the operation manager for stock planning
Requirements
- Good communication skills required
- Previous working experience in operations and related field
