a) Business Growth & Development
· Identifies, builds, and develops new commercial accounts for diesel / vehicle leasing across different industries such as shipping, power, mining, construction, manufacturing, transportation, logistic, supply chain and other related industries
· Conducts cold calls, appointments as well as schedules client visits
· Conducts product presentation and technical field testing for various equipment of end users
· Prepares business proposals for customized services and ensures commitment volumes are met.
· Negotiates with potential customers and also identifies customer needs and buying motivations
· Reviews accreditation documents and also prepares credit line endorsements and ensures document compliance to requirements
· Ensures on-time product delivery that meets customer expectations
b) Customer Relationship Management
· Achieves sales volume and margin targets
· To monitor consumption, revenue and margin of clients overall portfolio and then creates strategies to meet client needs
· To perform account servicing roles such as resolve issues and concerns, follow-up with customers' request and designs interim / long term solutions with the team
· Ensures proper credit management and collection of receivables
