Remuneration Package:
Salary: Basic & KPI Incentive ($3,000 - $3500)
Monthly KPI & Quarterly Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, Whatsapp etc)
- Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and questions in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Min GCE “O” level certificate
- English & Chinese proficiency (verbal and written)
- No experience required, training provided
