Role & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations under his charge
- Compile all relevant reports and records and carry out daily safety inspection
- Assist WSH Officer/ WSH Manager to ensure work site compliance with Workplace Safety and Health regulations and statutory requirements
- Enforce all safety requirements and in-house safety rules and regulations
- Conduct and coordinate Workplace Safety Inspections, Safety Trainings and Tool-box meetings
- Assist to organize and promote safety activities and campaigns to raise safety awareness on site
- Identify unsafe acts and conditions created or practices and ensure proper documentation are recorded
- Report, investigate and implement corrective/ preventive actions resulting from identification of hazards, incidents and work-related incidents/ illness
- Ensure that employees are thoroughly aware of and trained in their safety and health responsibilities
- Responsible for and ensure proper maintenance of HSE documentation
- Work to achieve the project safety and health targets
- Experiences in AutoCAD
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in LTA project as Lifting Engineer
- Degree in Civil Engineering or its equilvalent
- Obtained approved MOM Lifting Supervisor certificate
