Roles & Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping and Accounting:
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
Process payments and Reconcile bank statements.
Accounts Receivable and Payable
2. General ad-hoc Administrative work
3. Communication:
Liaise with internal staff, accountant and auditor.
Provide timely and accurate information to management as needed.
4. Compliance:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Assist in the preparation for audits and inspections.
4. Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Address administrative issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- GCE O' Level cert
- Proficiency in accounting softwares
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
